I'm a technical, passionate User Experience Design Leader. I foster inspired teams, craft delightful functional experiences, and deliver enterprise products and platforms. Born in South India, I moved continents and have made the San Francisco Bay Area my home for over a decade. I started out in the 2000s as a full-stack developer with a soft spot for interfaces, then developed a penchant for UX that brought me back to school for my Master's in Human-Computer Interaction at Georgia Tech. Now I'm a Product and Design Leader whose heart is reluctant to part from engineering.

- **Senior Director of Product and Design — Aviatrix** (SF Bay Area, Feb 2022 – Present). Member of the leadership team defining and executing Aviatrix's experience vision across Enterprise and PaaS solutions for Secured Multi-Cloud Networking. Leads a global team across Berlin, Bangalore, and the Bay Area; launched a user research function; integrating AI/ML into network security features. Pioneered the Distributed Multi-Cloud Firewall (+60% YoY), Hybrid Cloud Edge (+120% YoY), Security for Kubernetes Clusters, CostIQ, and Multi-Cloud Network Visualization. Created the "FlightSuit" design system (now 2.0), powering GUIs across the Aviatrix portfolio. Also Product Manager for User Interfaces.
- **Lead Staff User Experience Designer — Nutanix** (SF Bay Area, 2018 – 2022). Infrastructure Pod leadership for a cross-geo team of 16 UX designers and managers across Compute, Storage, and Network & Security.
